Community Standards
Klintro Health Network is a place for verified professionals and the patients who look for them. These rules keep it useful and safe.
1Professional conduct
Treat colleagues and patients with respect. Disagree with ideas, not people.
2No identifiable patient information
Never post names, faces, ID numbers, contact details or scans that identify a patient. De-identify cases before sharing.
3No medical misinformation
Do not present unverified treatments or false claims as fact. Cite sources and say when something is opinion.
4No spam or solicitation
Commercial promotion belongs in sponsored posts and the jobs area, clearly labelled.
5No harassment or discrimination
Abuse, threats, bullying and discrimination are removed and can lead to suspension.
6No fake credentials or impersonation
Claiming a qualification or identity you do not hold ends in a permanent ban and revoked verification.
7Nothing illegal
This includes sex determination and selling prescription drugs without a licence.
8Respect intellectual property
Share only what you have the right to share, and credit your sources.
How we review
Every report gets a severity. Higher severity is seen faster.
S0 Critical
Reviewed within 1 hour
Hidden immediately. Child safety, threats, patient data leaks, fake credentials.
S1 High
Within 4 hours
Held for review. Harassment, dangerous misinformation, scam jobs.
S2 Medium
Within 24 hours
Stays visible with a flag. Spam and off-topic promotion.
S3 Low
Within 72 hours
Logged and reviewed in batches. Tone and borderline cases.
Strikes and appeals
Repeat violations move from a warning, to a 7-day restriction, to a 30-day suspension, to a permanent ban. Fake credentials are an immediate ban. If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal within 14 days. A different, senior moderator reviews it and you get an answer within 7 days. If we were wrong, the content is restored and the strike removed.
